God says " it is His job to kill and make alive, and He wounds and heals"

“ ‘See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god beside me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand. 1Samuel:2:6-8 "The Lord kills and brings to life; he brings down to Sheol and raises up. 7 The Lord makes poor and makes rich; he brings low and he exalts. My question the Christians is; Who killed your god, where that job of killing belongs to Him?
